Action Travail des Femmes is an organization defending the equality rights of women at work. Founded in 1976, the organization has won major victories to improve the situation of women in the labor market. ATF carries out various projects linked to the right to equality of women in employment, in particular to counter the systemic effects of the non-recognition of foreign diplomas on immigrant women and to intervene against harassment and discriminatory and systemic violence in the construction industry.
