The Center d’action Bénévole de Québec is a non-profit organization (NPO) established in the greater Quebec region since 1976. Since its creation, the promotion of volunteering has been at the center of its activities. It offers various services to its member organizations and operates throughout the territory of the Capitale-Nationale.
