Association Des Personnes Handicapées Visuelles Du Bas Saint-Laurent
The Association of Visually Handicapped Persons of Bas-Saint-Laurent is an independent community organization whose mission is to help visually handicapped people in the region improve their quality of life. Founded in 1989, the Association has around a hundred visually impaired members and around twenty associate members. Its board of directors is made up of 7 volunteers, at least 4 of whom are visually impaired people.
