The Association for Preservation Technology International (APT) is a multidisciplinary organization dedicated to promoting the best technologies to protect historic structures and their environments. Founded in 1968, APT has members in nearly 30 countries, including preservationists, architects, engineers, conservators, consultants, contractors, artisans, historians, students and others involved in application of methods and materials to maintain, conserve, and protect historic structures and sites for future use and appreciation.
