Union Des Travailleuses Et Travailleurs Accidentés Ou Malades (Uttam)

The Commission on Standards, Equity, Health and Safety at Work (CNÉSST) is a Quebec government agency whose mission is to protect workers and promote their health and safety at work. It offers prevention, compensation and rehabilitation services to workers who are victims of accidents or occupational illnesses. The CNESST is responsible for the application of the Act respecting occupational health and safety and the Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases.
