Association Des Personnes Handicapées De Portneuf

Since 1990, the Association Des Personnes Handicapées De Portneuf has worked to improve the quality of life of people living with disabilities in the MRC of Portneuf. The organization aims to foster an inclusive community by providing leisure services and tackling poverty and social exclusion. It values respect, mutual assistance and commitment in its actions and collaborations with organizations and individuals. The APHP recently launched an online platform to better plan travel in the region and is conducting a study on the social participation of people with disabilities.
