Association Des Proches De Personnes Atteintes De Maladie Mentale De L'Estrie

APPAMM-ESTRIE is a non-profit organization that offers a range of free and confidential support services to loved ones of people suffering from mental illness in Estrie. For more than 30 years, the association has supported families in developing new knowledge and skills to better understand and cope with mental illness. The services offered include individual and/or family psychosocial interventions, monthly conferences for discussion and information, as well as access to a documentation center and the Entre Nous newspaper.
