Casca (Comite D'Aide Et De Secours Pour Les Chats Abandonnes)
CASCA (Committee for Aid and Rescue for Abandoned Cats) is a non-profit organization that helps lost, abandoned or neglected cats find permanent homes. We also sterilize stray cats and release them when adoption is not possible. All of our cats and kittens are placed in foster homes where they receive warmth and affection until a permanent home is found for them.
