The Association Des Personnes Handicapées Visuelles De L'Estrie is a non-profit organization whose mission is to defend the rights of people with visual disabilities, to promote their interests , to improve their living conditions and to promote their social, educational and professional integration. The Association offers several services to members, such as Café-Info, the newspaper Le Nouveau Regard, a large format calendar, a documentation center, listening and support. She has also carried out several projects to improve the quality of life of people with visual disabilities in the Estrie region.
