ASM is a non-profit integration company founded in 1996. Its mission is to help people aged 16 and over, experiencing employability difficulties, to develop skills enabling them to successfully integrate into the job market. . Workers receive training adapted to the realities of the job market and develop their professional and personal skills in upholstery and assembly. ASM also offers training to help workers know themselves better, identify their skills and carry out an orientation process.
