Bassin Versant Saint-Maurice (Bvsm)

Bassin Versant Saint-Maurice (Bvsm) is a watershed organization whose mission is to improve the quality of water and ecosystems throughout the territory of the Saint River -Maurice. Since its creation in 1991, BVSM has worked to popularize the notions of integrated management and sustainable development in order to mobilize the population and key players in the territory and inform them of possible actions to improve the state of water resources and aquatic ecosystems. BVSM is also responsible for coordinating the implementation of actions resulting from the Water Master Plan (PDE) which promote healthy and sustainable water management.
