Auroville is a city located in India, founded in 1968 by the Mother. Its mission is to become a place where human unity would experience its first realization. Auroville is a laboratory of evolution based on the teachings of Sri Aurobindo. The foundations of life in Auroville are aspiration, sincerity, involvement, trust and goodwill. Any citizen of the world can participate in its development.
