The Housing Promotion and Education Association is an organization defending tenants' rights in the Laurentians. Their mission is to ensure the promotion and defense of the collective and individual rights of tenants through activities of autonomous popular education, representation, civic mobilization and the development of civic practices. Their objective is to offer a wide range of services and activities to meet the needs and problems faced by tenants in the Laurentians.
