Archives Gaies Du Quebec

Founded in 1983, the Gay Archives of Quebec's mission is to acquire, preserve and disseminate any document that bears witness to the history of LGBTQ2S+ associations and individuals. They promote diversity and inclusion of LGBTQ2S+ people and encourage research on sexual and gender minorities. The Gay Archives of Quebec play an essential role as guardian of memory by preserving archival funds and collections, organizing dissemination activities and welcoming researchers and numerous visitors.
