Arrimage Estrie

Arrimage Estrie is a community organization whose mission is to promote body acceptance and body diversity. They offer different groups, workshops, conferences and events to help people improve their relationship with their body and their food. They also offer a multitude of free awareness tools such as reference guides, video clips and video conferences. Arrimage Estrie values inclusion, openness, respect, kindness and creativity.
