Founded in 1992, Aux Quatre Vents is a mental health support group which aims to break the isolation of people living or having experienced mental health problems and to promote the reappropriation of each person's power over their lives. . The organization adheres to the values held by the Regroupement des Ressources Alternatives en Santé Mentale du Québec (RRASMQ) and relies on the active participation of members in the choice, preparation and evaluation of activities.
