Canadian Association of Education and Outreach (CAEO) Québec

Founded in 1976 as Gay Line, the Canadian Association for Education and Outreach (CAEO) Quebec is a charitable volunteer organization that works to combat homophobia, biphobia, transphobia, queerphobia, intersexism and heterosexism. It aims to achieve equal status and opportunities in society and eliminate mere tolerance to achieve true acceptance. She currently operates a community program, SILK, which provides free workshops to English-speaking secondary schools to increase awareness and knowledge about sexual orientation, gender identity, diversity and inclusiveness.
