Canadian Anthropology Society / Societe D'Anthropologie Canada

The Canadian Society for Anthropology (CASCA) is a national association of anthropologists that aims to promote excellence in graduate programs and teaching of anthropology in Canada. It is also committed to providing a platform for anthropologists practicing the discipline outside of academia. CASCA has a long history of taking positions on important political and social issues, including regarding Indigenous peoples, racialized violence and the COVID-19 pandemic.
