Association Dojo Zen De Montréal
Introductory Zen meditation workshops are designed to familiarize you with the practice of Zen, including how to sit in zazen, how to practice kin hin, how to breathe and what the attitude of the mind is. The center offers five practice sessions with the introduction. Zen is accessible to everyone, regardless of age, physical condition or beliefs. The practice of zazen allows you to live your life fully from moment to moment and to develop love for all existence.
